Faisalabad: According to news sources, 10,000 low-cost homes would be constructed for the labors in the economic zones of Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development and Management Company (FIEDMC) under the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme. The project will be completed in four phases.
Chairman Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP) General (R) Anwar Ali chaired a meeting with Chairman FIEDMC Mian Kashif Ashfaq to review the project and its timeline. The labor colonies will be constructed in Allama Iqbal Industrial City, FIEDMC Value Addition City Khurarianwala, and M-III Industrial City.
During the meeting, Chairman FIEDMC said that a meeting would also be arranged with industrialists to finalize the project. He further said that the focus is to ensure top-notch security arrangements in M-III Industrial City and Allama Iqbal Industrial City while the Safe City Project will also be launched in M-III Industrial City very soon.
